Preheat your oven to 170c/350f and butter and flour a honeycomb shaped tin from NordicWare. Mix the softened butter and sugar in a mixing bowl untie fluffy and then add the eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined and then add the spices. Fold through the flour and then pour into the prepared tin. even the top out and then bake for around 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and whilst hot and still in the tin, make holes with a toothpick in the surface and brush the honey over. Cool for 15 minutes in the tin and then invert onto a wire rack. Serve warm to be pulled apart by hand. Enjoy!!!Ingredients
